Madeleine directed the Emmy and Peabody-award winning, globally trending Netflix special, Nanette, began her career as an editor and shooter/producer and, between the ages of 20-24, hosted and directed award-winning documentaries, including the ABC Maddie Parry series, which out-rated competition in it’s prime-time slot. She’s a 2024 Screen Australia Enterprise People receipient, was a 2021 SAFC Film Lab writer/director, and received the 2020 Lottie Lyell Award. She has written and directed comedy and drama for the ABC and SBS, and developed for Matchbox Pictures, Guesswork Television and Made Up Stories. In 2021, Madeleine founded Mess Productions with business partner Peter Hanlon.
